Yard Sale 2026

Ashcombe Farm & Greenhouses is located at 906 W. Grantham Road, Mechanicsburg, PA.

The Yard Sale will be located in our event field, directly across the street from T.J. Rockwell's. Please park in our parking lot, located next to the event field, and head through our garden paths to get there.

We see eager shoppers arrive as early at 6 a.m.! No customers will be permitted on the event field until 7:00, when we count down and the gates open! We'll have carts of any plants available, plus tables of items from our gift shop, garden supply, and more. Signs with prices are posted at each cart or on individual items

We'll have carts available for you to shop.

It is expected that customers use common courtesy with one another - no pushing, shoving, or stealing from one another's carts.

When you're all set, find an employee to pay! Cash or check is preferred for a speedy check out, but credit card is permitted at our mobile register located under the pavilion.

We can't guarantee what plants will be available at our Yard Sale - it depends on inventory available at the end of the season.

In past years, we've had various perennials, grasses, annual hanging baskets, other miscellaneous annuals, as well as office supplies, items from our gift shop, and more.

Just like any neighborhood yard sale, there's always "a little of this, and a little of that." You never know what you might find!

No houseplants.

Cash or check is preferred for a speedy check out - can be done with any employee around. We will have one register available under the pavilion for any card transactions (heads up - the line can get long!)
