Warranty & Returns Policy
- Returns must be accompanied by receipt and product. Items returned in salable condition will be refunded by method paid. Internal store credit will be issued otherwise.
- No returns or credits for items purchased at yard sales or clearance sales (items discounted 50% or greater).
Plants:
Ashcombe Farm & Greenhouses takes pride that all of our plant material is in prime condition and well adapted to our area. To ensure this, our plants receive the utmost professional care. If your plants are not doing well for whatever reason, please speak to a member of our staff before returning them. We can offer solutions to many situations involving the care of your plants.
Trees, Shrubs, Perennials: 1 year from purchase date. (No returns on plants that were not planted in the ground.)
Tropical & House Plants: 1 month from purchase date.
Annuals, Planted Containers, and Hanging Baskets: 1 week from purchase date.
Other items:
Garden Supplies: 1 month from the purchase date.
Gift Department & Kitchen Gourmet: 1 month from purchase date.
Gourmet Food: 1 week from purchase date.
