Nana’s Hot Bacon Dressing

Our Cook, Margaret, is sharing one of her family recipes! A delicious version of Hot Bacon Dressing great for any salad or whatever you want! Who doesn’t like bacon?!

  1. Cook bacon until crisp. DO NOT drain off bacon fat.
  2. Add all other ingredients to beaten eggs and mix well.
  3. Pour into hot bacon and fat. Cook until thickened stirring constantly.
  4. Serve over a green salad, dandelion greens, veggies, an old rubber tire; it’s just that good!
