Join Ashcombe and Just Plain Yoga on the farm for guided meditation classes on Tuesday in the summer. These classes are weather-permitting. Follow Just Plain Yoga and Ashcombe on social media for cancellation information. Cost is $15 per person.
The 30-minute class will start with some gentle movement and stretching to help you tune into your body and arrive in the present moment. You will then explore intentional breathing techniques which encourage full body and mind relaxation. The meditation to follow is fully guided, and beginners are welcome. The class will provide a chance for you to begin your day with positivity and ease because meditation is THE stress buster! It helps to improve focus, mood, sleep & memory. It lowers blood pressure, reduces anxiety & ruminating thoughts and so much more!
